Job summary

dhost is seeking a hands-on Deployment Lead to install active and passive DAS systems according to MNO designs. You will manage on-site execution, ensure compliance with the approved plan, and monitor RF material delivery and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include conducting site and pre-install surveys, coordinating with RF engineers and subcontractors, leading RFTI tests for VSWR, PIM, and environmental alarms, and driving TRFS readiness for on-air deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of RF principles and wireless technologies (2G, LTE, 5G).
• Familiar with IDAS or CDAS implementation drawings and installation standards.
• Experience with DAS OEM equipment (Commscope, SOLiD, Corning).
• Willingness to travel frequently to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform physical installation of DAS per approved design and budget.
• Conduct pre-installation surveys for site equipment rooms and CME.
• Lead RFTI testing for VSWR, PIM, rectifier and environmental alarms.
• Coordinate with BAU telecom teams during installation, integration, and BFT.
• Document corrections and as-built test reports; ensure TRFS by MNO and on-air.
