Responsibilities

• Calculate, monitor, and maintain cost sheets and perform in-depth gross margin analysis to support operational decision-making.
• Drive the monthly and yearly cost accounting close, including inventory procedures, and report monthly cost performance to departments and business units.
• Perform cycle counts of inventoriable items, execute physical-to-book reconciliations, and maintain accurate inventory controls.
• Conduct variance analysis for cost and inventory accounts, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and key drivers.
• Calculate and validate cost-savings resulting from corporate initiatives and strategic operational projects.
• Guide and supervise junior accounting staff, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to internal control standards.
