Job summary

Nationstar Development Corporation is seeking a Project Manager in the Philippines to oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of construction projects. You will manage resources, supervise site teams, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with quality and safety standards.

You will lead project teams, liaise with authorities for permits, review subcontractor bills, and prepare regular progress and financial reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/College degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• At least 7 years of experience in Project Management in Vertical Projects.
• Experience in handling government projects.
• Must have VALID RCE License.
• Demonstrated knowledge in construction, engineering and architecture principles.
• High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms and conditions.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, including scope and schedule.
• Resolve on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
• Lead and support Project Team to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure workmanship meets design and specifications with quality standards.
• Provide technical advice throughout the project duration.
• Prepare and submit progress, issues, and financial reports to upper management.
• Ensure labor, materials, and equipment are available and utilized efficiently.
• Liaise with Client or Construction Management officials for permits and inspections.
• Review subcontractor billing for alignment with work completed.
• Cost estimation for materials, labor, equipment and expenses.
• Review RFIs and RFAs to address issues clearly.
