The role involves identifying market opportunities and translating customer needs into viable product concepts, while guiding formulation, testing, and validation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Chemical Engineer with chemical engineering background.
• Experience in road construction chemicals and processes (bitumen, thermoplastic paint, asphalt).
• Experience from concept through testing, scale-up, and commercialization preferred.
• Strong capability in formulation, testing, and root-cause analysis.
