• Design automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning (SAST/DAST) and policy-as-code gates.
• Develop SRE roadmaps with SLIs/SLOs/SLAs aligned to business outcomes.
• Create SoW and technical proposals quantifying ROI of reliability and security.
