Job summary

Searce seeks a Principal Solutions Architect - Cloud Engineering to lead design and delivery of cloud modernization initiatives for enterprise clients. You will shape architecture strategy, supervise IaC practices, and guide cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and operations to achieve measurable outcomes.

You’ll drive modernization roadmaps and ensure security, reliability, and cost effectiveness while translating complex technical concepts into compelling client narratives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in cloud architecture and software development.
• Experience with Google Cloud and/or AWS.
• Proven pre-sales and client-facing experience.
• Strong knowledge of IaC, automation, and modern cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud modernization projects.
• Develop comprehensive modernization roadmaps, migration plans, and cost estimates.
• Present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders; drive pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure delivery and value.
