Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in a relevant field (agriculture, economics, development studies or related).
• At least nine years of progressively responsible experience in complex agriculture/food systems programmes.
• Working knowledge of English and Filipino with strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of the EU4Mindanao action within FAO guidelines.
• Coordinate budgets, procurement plans, and project implementation with partners and donors.
• Establish and monitor time-phased work plans aligned to objectives and donor requirements.
• Oversee personnel, consultants, and partners ensuring performance, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Lead donor reporting, visibility, and knowledge management in line with FAO and EC requirements.
• Maintain regular coordination with government, donors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
