Job summary

HANSEI CORPORATION in the Philippines seeks a Civil/Architectural Design Lead to drive the Civil and Architectural design on Renewable Energy projects. You will identify innovative solutions, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and develop construction drawings and cost-effective design options.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a licensed professional registration, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
Licensed Civil Engineer with professional registration.
At least 2 years of relevant design experience in civil or architectural projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the detail design activities including design criteria, tower loading, site development, and construction drawings.
Prepare bid documents and project proposals for Civil and Architectural scopes.
Review design documents and drawings for substation project implementation.
Develop design methodologies, reports, and correspondences.
Evaluate design options to balance cost and design quality, and present recommendations.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure quality, schedule, and cost targets.
Attend technical meetings and perform project cost estimation and proposals.
Conduct site inspections and resolve construction queries.
