Job summary

Under Armour in Mexico is seeking an Account Marketing Manager to build and execute integrated marketing strategies for strategic wholesale accounts, bridging commercial and brand objectives to drive visibility, sell-through, and brand preference both in-store and online.

You will monitor digital KPIs, lead 360-degree campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, Digital Commerce and LATAM teams to align campaigns with site readiness and promotional calendars.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of account, retail, or digital marketing experience, ideally in sporting goods, apparel, or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce environments and performance metrics (traffic, CTR, CVR, PDP engagement).
  • Proven experience translating commercial strategies into integrated marketing plans that drive sell-out.
  • Experience managing marketing plans with key wholesale accounts across in-store and online channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between Brand Marketing and Sales/Key Accounts for planning and performance analysis.

Purpose of Role

As the Account Marketing Manager for Mexico, you will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive conversion and elevate the Under Armour brand within our strategic wholesale accounts. You will serve as the bridge between commercial and brand objectives—translating sell-in and sell-out priorities into impactful consumer-facing campaigns that increase visibility, sell-through, and brand preference, both in-store and online.

You will also play a key role in supporting digital commerce performance, using data and metrics to monitor results, optimize marketing execution, and push partners toward higher standards in campaign impact and consumer engagement.

Your Impact
Account Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop seasonal account marketing plans in alignment with brand strategy, commercial targets, and account-specific priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand business needs, assortment plans, and key sales drivers to shape marketing initiatives accordingly.
  • Lead annual and seasonal marketing briefings with key strategic accounts and digital commerce teams.
Conversion-Driven Execution (In-Store + Online)
  • Build and execute 360-degree campaigns that convert shoppers into buyers across physical retail and digital platforms.
  • Create tailored marketing programs—including site banners, PDP storytelling, paid media integrations, and CRM efforts—across priority eCommerce accounts.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand and product presence across all consumer touchpoints, from shelves to mobile screens.
Digital Commerce Performance & Optimization
  • Monitor digital KPIs such as CTR, CVR, bounce rate, traffic, and product page performance to evaluate and improve campaign execution.
  • Push key accounts to adopt best practices in eCommerce merchandising, content deployment, and conversion optimization.
  • Work closely with the Digital and eCommerce teams to align marketing campaigns with site readiness and promotional calendars.
Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration
  • Serve as the key liaison between the Brand Marketing team and Sales/Key Accounts for marketing planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships related to account marketing execution, including production and installation.
  • Align closely with LATAM marketing teams to adapt global campaigns for retail and digital commerce, driving consistency and scale.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor sell-through performance and shopper behavior across in-store and eCommerce.
  • Track campaign KPIs and ROI by account; deliver recaps and insights that drive future growth.
  • Identify and share high-performing initiatives across the region to elevate standards and outcomes.

Workplace Location
  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Mexico office.
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.
