The candidate will participate in site surveys, collect plot data using CAD tools, and maintain up-to-date branch layouts and as-built records.

Responsibilities

• Manages the entire project cycle by creating technical drawings for ground-up projects.
• Prepares detailed technical diagrams including cross-sections, lot plans, elevations, and structural layouts.
• Provides revised drawings based on feedback from project-in-charge and management.
• Attends site surveys and gathers plot survey data using CAD software.
• Ensures compliance with engineering standards and best practices.
• Maintains updated branch layouts in the 201 files for accurate records.
• Updates departmental monitoring systems to report progress.
• Verifies accuracy of existing branch as-built plans.
• Plots existing as-built plans using CAD software.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by company officials.
