Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Draftsman to manage the entire project cycle by producing technical drawings for ground-up projects, including cross-sections, lot plans, elevations, and structural layouts, using CAD software.

You will revise drawings based on management feedback and attend site surveys to ensure accuracy and compliance, supporting project execution and updated records.

Job description

The Draftsman manages the entire project cycle by producing technical drawings for ground-up projects. This include preparing detailed diagrams (cross-sections, lot plans, elevations), providing revised drawings based on management feedback, and attending project surveys using CAD software. The role ensures compliance with engineering standards, maintains updated branch layouts, monitors project progress, and verifies the accuracy of existing as-built plans. Additionally, the Draftsman plots as-built plans using CAD software to support project execution.

Major Responsibilities

1. Manages the entire project cycle by creating technical drawings for ground-up projects to produce high-quality, precise drawings that facilitate smooth project execution.
2. Prepares detailed technical diagrams, including cross-sections, lot plans, elevations, and structural layouts, to create comprehensive visual representations that enhance understanding and communication among stakeholders.
3. Provides revised drawings based on feedback from the project-in-charge and management to deliver updated and accurate designs that reflect project requirements and improvements.
4. Attends site surveys for proposed projects and gather plot survey data using CAD software to obtain reliable survey data that informs accurate project planning and execution.
5. Ensures all projects comply with engineering standards and best practices to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards, minimizing risks and ensuring safety.
6. Maintains updated branch layouts in the 201 files for accurate record-keeping to support efficient project tracking and historical reference.
7. Updates departmental monitoring systems to report layout progress and accomplishments.
8. Verifies the accuracy of existing branch as-built plans to ensure they serve as a basis for future projects and modifications.
9. Plots existing as-built plans using CAD software to support ongoing project requirements.
10. Performs other tasks given by the company official as the need arises.
