ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a seasoned Buyer IV in the Philippines to lead a sub team of buyers and ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory.

The role demands strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree in engineering or supply chain, with extensive experience and knowledge of MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum 6 years in electrical/mechanical fields.
• Diploma with minimum 10 years in electrical/mechanical or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MRP systems is advantageous.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sub team of Buyers to achieve 100% supplier On Time Delivery.
• Drive purchasing KPIs such as Past Due PO and PPC.
• Ensure accuracy of purchase data (LT, AVL, SPQ/MOQ) and cost settings.
• Manage purchasing activities to avoid production disruption.
• Improve escalation processes to resolve material shortages.
• Establish good rapport with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Provide responsive support and risk assessment for critical parts.
