Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Lead – Business Analyst (Social Media) to drive data-driven decision-making for our social media initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing social media performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, digital marketing, and social media platforms, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments.

• Analyze social media data to measure performance, engagement, audience behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key social media KPIs, trends, and competitive benchmarks.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy, ad campaigns, and audience targeting.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the social media landscape.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Use advanced analytics tools to collect, process, and interpret large datasets from various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Conduct A/B testing and sentiment analysis to evaluate content performance.
• Predict and model user behavior to enhance engagement and retention strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring high-quality data analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be a College graduate
• 3-5 yrs experience as a Lead - Business Analyst in any industry, solid Business Analyst experience
• Must have PowerBI, MS Excel, and PPT experience
