Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or modern analytics environments.
• Expert-level SQL skills, ETL/ELT lifecycles, STTM, and dimensional data modeling (star schema).
• Familiarity with AWS data services (Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Athena) and modern data architectures.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication abilities with a track record of guiding Agile teams.
• Ability to demonstrate expertise through a practical SQL/data analysis assessment and technical interview.

• Experience: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or modern analytics environments.


• Core Skills: Expert-level SQL skills, deep understanding of ETL/ELT lifecycles, STTM, and dimensional data modeling (star schema).


• Tech Exposure: Familiarity with AWS data services (e.g., Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Athena) and modern data architectures.
