Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Building Engineer in Cebu City to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems across multiple sites. You will support preventive maintenance, energy management, and safety compliance to uphold performance standards.

The role requires 4-5 years of related experience, licensing, and willingness to travel within VisMin. Strong MS Office skills and leadership capability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel; oversees multiple sites in VisMin.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety components.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety policies.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operations meet design specifications.
