• Ability to create new recipes and expand bakery offerings while maintaining quality.
• Strong focus on consistent quality, portion control and on-time production.
• Knowledge of ingredients, costs, waste control and pricing basics.
• Familiarity with kitchen safety, sanitation and SOPs for bakery operations.
• Collaborates with management to develop seasonal bakery menus.
