Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in baking.
• Knowledge of food safety and basic baking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough and batter according to standard operating procedures.
• Execute daily production plans to deliver high-quality baked goods and service.
• Clean and maintain baking equipment, display cases, bread racks, and work areas.
• Monitor and count stocks, manage supply inventory, and rotate near-expiry items with fresh goods.
