• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on software design and implementation.
• Lead architectural discussions and decisions for core systems.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve overall delivery.
• Own delivery performance and participate in on-call rotations.
