VA Masters is seeking a Developer & Automation Expert to design, build, and own end-to-end automations and data workflows across our business. You will drive architecture across databases and tools, maintain reliable data pipelines, and document every step from concept to deployment.

In this mid-to-senior role, you will own automation projects A to Z, integrate with Supabase, Airtable, and GreenAPI, and apply CI/CD practices while collaborating with the team to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on software development experience.
• Strong software architecture track record.
• Experience with multiple databases (SQL, MongoDB, Supabase).
• Proficient in building automations and workflows in n8n.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and processes.
• Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals.
