Job summary

Nucleus Software Exports Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to design and manage enterprise-wide Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, ensuring crisis response readiness and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on developing and updating BCP/DR documentation, coordinating testing, and collaborating with IT to ensure recovery sites remain current and functional across the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Mgmt./Engineering (preferred).
• 7–10 years in BCP/DR program mgmt.
• Business Continuity certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong leadership & stakeholder mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise-wide Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, including emergency response management.
• Develop and implement Crisis Management plans for major business disruptions.
• Prepare, update, and maintain BCP/DR documentation (plans, procedures, call lists, test results, etc.).
• Plan and coordinate functional and technical continuity testing.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain DR plans for critical systems and ensure recovery sites remain updated and functional.
• Maintain and update the organization’s Business Continuity Policy.
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses to identify vulnerabilities, single points of failure, and mitigation strategies.
• Assess and report regulatory and industry requirements related to BCP/DR.
