Qualifications

5+ years of software quality engineering with hands-on test automation experience.
Strong knowledge of Playwright and AI-powered testing tools.
Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Define and drive testing standards using Playwright and AI-enhanced tools.
Lead test automation initiatives for web applications.
Mentor QA and engineering teams on automation, AI tool integration, and modern testing methodologies.
Collaborate with developers, architects, product managers and data scientists to integrate AI-driven testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify opportunities to apply AI for test case generation, defect prediction, and intelligent test execution.
Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability of testing frameworks and applications.
Monitor and optimize testing processes and metrics.
Stay updated with AI and testing framework trends and practices.
Provide accurate estimates in collaboration with product teams.
