Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead in Manila to drive quality across large-scale programs. You will lead end-to-end testing, develop test plans, and coordinate SIT/UAT/Regression while mentoring QA teams and aligning with product and project partners.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and adoption of automation and AI-assisted testing within a CI/CD-enabled environment. You will partner with offshore/onshore teams to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality engineering for multiple technology projects in financial services.
• Strong ability to plan, track, and report quality metrics across programs.
• Proven track record in governance, risk, and defect lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quality engineering for large-scale programs and releases.
• Develop and manage test plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, and E2E testing.
• Mentor QA engineers and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee defect lifecycle and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive test automation and modern QE methodologies, including AI-assisted testing.
