Job summary

Hospital Authority, Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong West Cluster is seeking an Accountant - 2026 (TEST_20260522_1) to support the Designated Waiver Team with financial processes and reporting.

The role requires a university degree, fluency in English and Chinese, and at least 2 years in healthcare finance. The successful candidate will vet waiver applications, supervise assistants, and help prepare service statistics and reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support on the day-to-day operations of Designated Waiver Team.
• Vet and approve medical fee waiver applications on pure financial ground.
• Provide remote coaching / guidance to Executive Assistants
• Compile and analyze service statistics, monitoring deliverables and performance data.
• Assist in data collection, entry, analysis and preparation for various reports.
• Assist in coordination and management
• Assist in staff training
• Lead and supervise Executive Assistant in the team.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
