Job summary

ELITE BIOTECH INC in Quezon City is seeking a skilled Layout Artist to create and prepare layouts for brand stickers, labels, and marketing materials based on approved designs and specifications.

You will prepare print-ready artwork, ensure correct size, alignment, colors, and resolution, and handle printing, cutting, trimming, and finishing of stickers and other materials. Hands-on production tasks will be required. Attention to detail and meeting deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Layout Artist or related role.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Canva; Illustrator an advantage.
• Experience creating layouts for stickers, labels, and printed materials.
• Knowledge of print-ready files: sizing, bleed, color mode, and resolution.
• Experience operating printers and cutting machines.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines and branding standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare layouts for brand stickers, labels, and marketing materials based on approved designs and specifications.

• Operate and properly handle printers, cutting machines, and other equipment used for sticker and print production.
• Check printed stickers and materials for quality, accuracy, proper colors, alignment, and cutting before release or use.
• Make necessary adjustments to layouts and print settings to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
• Edit and arrange logos, images, text, and other graphic elements according to the required layout.
• Ensure that all brand stickers and printed materials follow the Company's approved branding and design standards.
• Coordinate with the requesting department regarding quantities, sizes, designs, and other printing requirements.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of printing supplies such as sticker paper, vinyl, ink, and other materials.

About you

• At least 1 year of experience as a Layout Artist, Graphic Artist, or in a similar position
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage
• Skilled in creating layouts for brand stickers, labels, and other printed materials
• Knowledgeable in printing, cutting, trimming, and finishing of stickers and other materials
• Familiar with preparing print-ready files, including proper sizing, resolution, color mode, alignment, and bleed
• Knowledgeable in operating printers and cutting machines
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to follow design specifications and deadlines
• Willing to perform hands-on printing and production tasks as required
