Job summary

Decora A&C Philippines Inc is seeking a hands-on Digital Printing Specialist with graphic design skills to manage the print production process—from artwork preparation and prepress to machine operation and final printed output.

You will operate digital and large-format printers, prepare artwork, adjust settings, and ensure color accuracy while coordinating with Marketing and Production to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital printing, large-format printing, graphic design, production artwork, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding CMYK/RGB, DPI, resolution, bleed, crop marks, scaling, and print-ready artwork.
• Familiarity with vinyl, sticker media, paper, film, and other printing substrates.
• Basic printer troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Strong attention to color, dimensions, alignment, and print quality.
• Organized and able to manage multiple production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital and large-format printing equipment, including roll-to-roll printers.
• Prepare and adjust artwork for production, including dimensions, resolution, bleed, margins, scaling, and color settings.
• Produce product labels, stickers, posters, banners, signage, displays, and other marketing materials.
• Create and modify layouts using Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop; MainTop and SignMaster for Printing and Cutting.
• Set printer and RIP parameters according to the required media and output.
• Conduct test prints and make adjustments for consistent print quality and color accuracy.
• Perform cutting, trimming, and basic finishing of printed materials.
• Monitor printing consumables and maintain organized production records.
• Perform routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Production teams on requirements and deadlines.
