Job summary

You will draft, review, and negotiate high‑value contracts, monitor regulatory changes, oversee external counsel in disputes, and supervise governance and risk across the organization. This role requires sound judgment and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory & Strategy: Provide actionable legal counsel to management on commercial operations, business expansion, labor relations, and corporate structuring.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial agreements, service level contracts, NDAs, and partnership documents to safeguard company interests.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in relevant statutes, regulatory frameworks, and corporate filing mandates to ensure total organizational compliance.
• Dispute & Litigation Oversight: Manage external counsel for active legal proceedings, direct dispute resolution strategies, and represent the company before regulatory authorities when necessary.
• Corporate Governance: Oversee board resolutions, corporate secretarial filings, equity/investment documentation, and internal policy enforcement.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct proactive legal risk audits across business operations, vendor networks, and internal operational procedures.
