The ideal candidate will contribute to corporate housekeeping and due diligence, draft legal opinions, and help prepare court-ready documents for civil, criminal, administrative, and labor proceedings.

Qualifications

• Prepare and review contracts and render opinions.
• Drafting of legal articles.
• Legal research on relevant law, jurisprudence, rulings and regulations.
• Develop strategies and arguments for case preparation.
• Drafting affidavits and other formal statements used as evidence in court.
