5. Monitor the proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment and report any repairs needed.

6. Maintain adequate stock of linens, uniforms, chemicals, and laundry supplies.

7. Train, coach, and evaluate laundry staff to improve productivity and service quality.

8. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

9. Monitor chemical usage and implement cost-control measures to minimize waste.

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.

11. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments regarding laundry requirements.

12. Handle guest concerns related to laundry services in a professional and timely manner.
