Job Description

• Pick up and deliver customer laundry promptly and efficiently. This includes timely collection of laundry from customer residences or businesses, transporting it to the laundry facility, and delivering clean, folded/ironed laundry back to the customer within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Maintain excellent customer service. This includes providing friendly and professional service to all customers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively, and building strong customer relationships.
• Ensure the safe and secure transportation of customer laundry. This includes properly loading and unloading laundry, protecting garments from damage during transport, and adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer laundry orders according to their specific instructions (e.g., wash, dry, fold, iron).
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, address any inquiries or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Delivery Routes: Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time and maximize delivery efficiency.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of laundry orders and deliveries.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, and ensure the safe handling and transportation of customer laundry.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatch and other team members.
