Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Ortigas Ext. (Pasig & Cainta) area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy laundry bags regularly.
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Familiarity with using Google Maps or Waze.

Responsibilities

• Operate company eBike or vehicle for laundry pickup and delivery.
• Ensure all laundry is handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage inquiries.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS (Google Maps or Waze).
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist with sorting, packing, or other laundry tasks as needed
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately when required.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
