• Sort and separate laundry items according to type, color, and fabric.
• Wash, dry, and fold linens and clothing items using appropriate methods and equipment.
• Inspect items for stains, damage, and wear, and report issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry room.
• Operate laundry equipment, such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
• Ensure the safe handling of laundry detergents and other chemicals.
• Track and maintain inventory of laundry supplies.
• Fold, hang, and store clean laundry in designated areas.
• Respond to specific laundry needs for guests, staff, or departments.
• Ensure all laundry procedures comply with safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Keep a record of laundry items that are sent out for special cleaning or repairs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
