Job summary

El Proveedor Inc. seeks an Associate Brand Manager to support the planning and day-to-day management of assigned toy brands. You will coordinate with suppliers, retail clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate product listings, timely launches, stock availability, and sales growth.

The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to visit stores and travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of brand management or sales support.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and retail clients is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers on product catalogs, quotations, prices, samples, availability, and shipment updates.
• Prepare product presentations, price lists, proposals, and documents for retail clients.
• Assist in selecting products and recommending assortments for different retail accounts and stores.
• Monitor sales and inventory, and prepare replenishment and purchase recommendations.
• Follow up with retail clients on listings, purchase orders, promotions, displays, and product concerns.
• Coordinate with supply chain, sales, marketing, and operations teams on deliveries and product launches.
• Maintain accurate product records, including item details, costs, prices, images, and required documents.
• Visit stores to check product displays, stock levels, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Prepare regular sales, inventory, and brand performance reports for the Brand Manager.
