Job summary

Ingram Micro LATAM seeks a Xvantage Tech Leader to drive the technical delivery of Xvantage Integrations across LATAM. Lead design, implementation, and scaling of integration solutions with APIs, MCP, and future capabilities.

Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and XI Advisors to translate business needs into scalable tech. The role requires advanced English and Spanish, plus strong communication and stakeholder management skills to guide customers through discovery, onboarding, and go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Systems Integration, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate integration architectures aligned with customer requirements.
• Support discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and go-live.
• Act as the regional technical expert for XI initiatives across LATAM.
• Drive adoption of Xvantage integration capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and accelerate customer success.
