Job summary

The Lasallian Formator at De La Salle University develops and implements formation programs aimed at nurturing spiritual, faith-based, and Lasallian growth among students and the Lasallian community.

With 5–7 years of relevant experience, the role requires strong communication, planning, and coordination skills to organize retreats, recollections, liturgical events, and related activities in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Pastoral Ministry, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in religious formation, pastoral ministry, student formation, or related field; supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Lasallian mission, values, spirituality, and formation.
• Proven experience in developing and facilitating student formation programs, retreats, recollections, liturgical events, and related activities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, planning, organizational, and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient in computer applications and systems, with adaptability, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement formation programs that support spiritual and Lasallian development of students and Lasallian community members.
• Lead retreats, recollections, liturgical events, and related activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and evaluation of formation initiatives.
