Job summary

MARK D' ULTD. ENTERPRISE is seeking an experienced machine operator to manage printing and plotting processes in our production facility in Cavite. You will configure equipment, load materials, run machines, and monitor performance to maximize capacity.

You will also follow SOPs, perform preventive maintenance, calibrate equipment, and ensure on-time delivery by adhering to lead times. Willing to relocate within branches as needed and contribute to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Configure equipment, load materials and operate machines for printing and plotting.
• Monitor machine performance to maximize capacity and ensure quality checks.
• Follow SOPs and quality policy during plotting and printing processes.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrate machines and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Adhere to lead times to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Be available to be assigned to different branches as needed.
• Contribute to the team by achieving related targets and duties as required.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible of all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, printing, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability.

2. Ensure that the machine works at its full capacity, oversees its maintenance, and perform timely quality checks.

3. Printing orders for all accounts based on tracking.

4. Follow Standard Operating Procedure and Quality Policy in plotting and printing process.

5. Ensures that the plotting process is maximized to avoid wasting resources.

6. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calibrate the machine before the production begins; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.

7. Follows the lead time guide to ensure that orders are delivered on time.

8. Can be assigned to different branches as needed.

9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

10. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.
