Job summary

ASUS Philippines is seeking enthusiastic Product Advisors (Sales Promoter) to promote our range of laptops in retail environments. You will engage customers, assess needs, and guide them to the best laptop options, while supporting sales targets.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, basic laptop knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting, either independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High Graduate (ICT and TECHVOC - major of CSS or GAS Strand).
• Sales experience (Telco, Appliances or IT).
• Knowledge on laptop specifications.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate a variety of laptop models to customers in stores or events.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend laptops that fit their requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting laptop features and benefits.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on latest laptops and trends.
• Merchandise laptops and accessories in an attractive, accessible display.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns.
• Collect customer feedback on laptop preferences and competition for insights.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
