Job summary

D2B is seeking an experienced Landscape CAD Draftsperson to transform finalized concept designs into detailed, buildable construction drawings and photorealistic renders. This is a long-term, full-time role with remote work aimed at supporting an Australian client and Melbourne-time collaboration.

You will primarily use Vectorworks to create precise setout plans, sections, details, and material schedules, while also producing renders as needed and coordinating with the founders and local team to

Qualifications

• Experience turning landscape designs into construction drawings.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks for detailed sets and layouts.
• Ability to render photorealistic visuals when needed.

Responsibilities

• Convert approved concept designs into detailed construction drawing sets.
• Work primarily in Vectorworks and align with file standards.
• Produce photorealistic renders to support client approvals.
• Liaise with the Founder and design team to clarify intent and feedback.
• Maintain accuracy of levels, drainage, and material junctions for buildability.
• Manage multiple projects, tracking deadlines and risks.
• Keep files and naming conventions organized across projects.
