Role Description

The Landscape Architect will work full time in a hybrid arrangement based in Quezon City, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing landscape concepts, preparing detailed design drawings and planting plans, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders. The role involves site assessments, preparation of presentations and visualizations, and participation in client meetings to refine project requirements. The Landscape Architect will also support project documentation, assist with cost estimates, and help ensure that designs meet local regulations, sustainability goals, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design for a variety of project types.
• Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Planning and Landscaping to support site development and implementation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Planting Plans, including plant selection, layout, and maintenance considerations.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic graphic tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
• Strong spatial visualization, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and documents are preferred.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and interact with clients, are important.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or eligibility for licensure is an advantage.
• Experience with sustainable design principles, local codes and regulations, and construction documentation is a plus.
