Job summary

SANGUINE GLOBAL STAFF RESOURCES CORP. is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to develop landscape concepts, master plans and detailed designs for large-scale projects.

You will prepare layouts, planting plans, irrigation concepts and outdoor amenities, and coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP and civil teams to ensure design integrity and compliance with specs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working experience required.
• Bachelors/College Degree in Architecture or Urban Studies or similar field.
• Experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, commercial, residential or large-scale developments is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, hardscape, softscape, planting, irrigation and outdoor amenities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software.
• Knowledge of BIM/Revit and 3D visualization is an advantage.
• Experience in preparing detailed construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of landscape materials, plants, construction methods and site development.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape concepts, master plans, detailed designs and construction drawings.
• Prepare landscape layouts, planting plans, hardscape designs, irrigation concepts and outdoor amenity plans.
• Develop detailed specifications, material selections, planting schedules and quantity estimates.
• Coordinate landscape designs with architectural, structural, MEP and civil engineering requirements.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, technical submittals and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor landscape construction for compliance with designs and specs.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and project management teams.
• Identify design and construction issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Monitor the quality and progress of landscape works and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, presentations and progress updates.
