Job summary

Roche Philippines seeks an experienced Laboratory Workflow Analyst to collaborate with project teams, evaluate laboratory workflows, and optimize processes. You will design layouts, run simulations, and create client-ready proposals using Roche tools.

You will lead mid-to-high complexity installations and workshops within the APAC zone. The role requires deep knowledge of central laboratory workflows, strong data analysis, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in healthcare, especially central laboratory workflows and clinical disciplines.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with persuasive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management for mid-to-high complexity laboratory installations, overseeing timelines and resources.
• Evaluate customer workflows to identify optimization aligned with KPIs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish value propositions across buying cycle.
• Advise clinicians on improving clinical decision support tools and patient journey.
• Model workflows and layouts, prepare client-facing presentations for deployment.
• Lead workshops, trainings, demonstrations, and solution deployments.
