Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Laboratory Technologist to support development of new processes and test methods, performing stability testing, process characterization and quality analysis. The role includes maintaining and troubleshooting lab instruments, and contributing to continuous improvement within a high-performing team.

You will mentor and train technicians over time, while writing documentation and SOPs. A strong background in chemistry or biology and proficiency with data analysis are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 years of lab/chemical experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of formulations for a variety of applications.
• Perform stability testing, process characterization and quality analysis.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab instruments and equipment.
• Write summaries, procedures and documentation for internal customers.
• Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures and test methods.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace and act as a safety leader in the lab.
