Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Licensed Chemical Technician (Chem Tech) required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; cement/manufacturing lab experience a plus.
• Knowledge of lab testing procedures and analytical techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and Integrated Management Systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in Mariveles, Bataan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and chemical testing of cement samples per QA procedures.
• Evaluate test results to ensure QA compliance.
• Maintain calibration and housekeeping of laboratory equipment.
• Adhere to IMS policies and OH&S standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lab efficiency projects.
• Prepare and maintain accurate lab records and reports.
• Perform other lab and quality-related duties as assigned.
