Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Proven experience as Laboratory Aide/Assistant or similar role in a lab or technical setting.
• Strong understanding of basic lab procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specimens and samples according to standard procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Assist technicians and technologists with testing and analyses.
• Clean, sterilize, and organize equipment and workstations.
• Record and document test results and data accurately.
• Label and store samples and reagents following safety guidelines.
• Follow lab safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Assist with inventory management of lab supplies.
