Job summary

Universal Music Group, the world leader in music-based entertainment, seeks a Label Manager to be based in Manila, Philippines. You will manage day-to-day relationships with local label partners, oversee release presentations, and coordinate campaigns to promote independent music and artists.

The role requires a creative strategist with knowledge of digital retail landscape, metadata best practices, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience within a label, distribution, DSP, or management company working with labels, managers, and artists

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key label partners in The Philippines
• Oversee label and release presentations
• Coordinate priority release campaigns from inception to analysis
• Support Global Sales Strategy and Marketing with assets and drivers for priority releases
• Collaborate with sales strategy, marketing, video, operations, insights & analytics, finance and legal to meet label needs
• Manage labels’ digital product logistics and operations
• Drive product adoption of Virgin Music Group’s technology platforms and services
