Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is hiring an experienced L3 Network Engineer to design, deploy, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in SD‑WAN, network security, Azure networking, and branch deployments, while providing Level 3 technical support for complex networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise and cloud networking environments.
• Experience with ITIL and Change Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco routing, switching, and wireless environments.
• Deploy and manage Catalyst 9300 Switch Stacks.
• Lead MDF and IDF design, setup, and commissioning for new office locations.
• Deploy, configure, and support Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN solutions.
• Configure and administer Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) and FMC.
• Manage firewall policies, VPN configuration, and security troubleshooting.
• Support internet edge security and secure remote connectivity solutions.
• Implement and support ZIA and ZPA; design Azure networking solutions.
• Manage VNets, VNet Peering, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute, NSGs.
• Lead end-to-end provisioning of new branch offices.

This role is responsible for designing, deploying, supporting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise networking, SD-WAN, network security, Azure networking, and branch infrastructure deployment while providing Level 3 technical support for complex network environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with global teams to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network operations while supporting business-critical infrastructure and following ITIL service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure

• Design, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco routing, switching, and wireless environments.
• Deploy and manage Cisco Catalyst 9300 Switch Stacks.
• Lead MDF and IDF design, setup, and commissioning for new office locations.

SD-WAN & Network Security

• Deploy, configure, and support Aruba EdgeConnect (Silver Peak) SD-WAN solutions.
• Configure and administer Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Firewalls and Firepower Management Center (FMC).
• Perform firewall policy management, VPN configuration, and security troubleshooting.
• Support internet edge security and secure remote connectivity solutions.
• Implement and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure networking solutions.
• Implement Azure Landing Zones and Network Virtual Appliance (NVA) deployments.
• Manage:

Branch Deployment

• Lead end-to-end provisioning and deployment of new branch offices.
• Prepare and validate Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal stakeholders during implementation.
• Ensure successful deployment of WAN, LAN, wireless, and security infrastructure.

Monitoring & Automation

• Monitor enterprise networks using network monitoring tools.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Ansible.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and configuration management.

IT Operations

• Provide Level 3 technical support for critical network incidents and escalations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management following ITIL processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, SOPs, and network diagrams.

Requirements
