Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer to design, deploy, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role includes SD-WAN, network security, and Azure networking, with collaboration across global teams and ITIL-aligned processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba EdgeConnect, ZIA/ZPA, FTD/FMC, and NVA deployments, and will work onsite in Cebu, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field and 12+ years in enterprise network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ZIA, ZPA, Aruba EdgeConnect, FTD/FMC, Catalyst 9300, and NVA deployments.
• Experience working with ITIL/Change Management and global teams; able to support US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure across locations.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco routing, switching, and wireless environments.
• Lead MDF/IDF design and deployment for new offices.
• Deploy and manage SD-WAN and security solutions (Aruba EdgeConnect, FTD/FMC, ZIA/ZPA).
• Manage Azure networking components and VNets, ExpressRoute, and NSGs.
• Provide Level 3 technical support for critical incidents following ITIL processes.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and implementation plans.

Level Up Talent Solutions is hiring an experienced L3 Network Engineer for our confidential client. This role is responsible for designing, deploying, supporting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise networking, SD-WAN, network security, Azure networking, and branch infrastructure deployment while providing Level 3 technical support for complex network environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with global teams to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network operations while supporting business-critical infrastructure and following ITIL service management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure

• Design, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco routing, switching, and wireless environments.
• Deploy and manage Cisco Catalyst 9300 Switch Stacks.
• Lead MDF and IDF design, setup, and commissioning for new office locations.

SD-WAN & Network Security

• Deploy, configure, and support Aruba EdgeConnect (Silver Peak) SD-WAN solutions.
• Configure and administer Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Firewalls and Firepower Management Center (FMC).
• Perform firewall policy management, VPN configuration, and security troubleshooting.
• Support internet edge security and secure remote connectivity solutions.
• Implement and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure networking solutions.
• Implement Azure Landing Zones and Network Virtual Appliance (NVA) deployments.
• Manage:
• Virtual Networks (VNets)
• VNet Peering
• VPN Gateways
• ExpressRoute Connectivity
• Network Security Groups (NSGs)

Branch Deployment

• Lead end-to-end provisioning and deployment of new branch offices.
• Prepare and validate Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal stakeholders during implementation.
• Ensure successful deployment of WAN, LAN, wireless, and security infrastructure.

Monitoring & Automation

• Monitor enterprise networks using network monitoring tools.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Ansible.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and configuration management.

IT Operations

• Provide Level 3 technical support for critical network incidents and escalations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management following ITIL processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, SOPs, and network diagrams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise and cloud networking environments.
