Job summary

Lancesoft Philippines is seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer to join our Network Operations & Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise networking, cloud networking, SD-WAN, security, switching, wireless technologies, and Azure networking.

Responsibilities include designing, deploying, and supporting global enterprise networks, configuring Cisco devices and firewalls, leading MDF/IDF deployments, and implementing Azure networking solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing, switching, and wireless environments.
• Manage Cisco Catalyst 9300 Switch Stack deployments.
• Lead MDF/IDF design, setup, and commissioning for new office locations.
• Implement and troubleshoot Silver Peak (Aruba Edge Connect) SD-WAN solutions.
• Configure and support Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Firewalls & FMC.
• Manage firewall policies, VPN deployments, and security troubleshooting.
• Support secure remote connectivity and internet edge security solutions.
• Design and deploy Azure networking solutions.
• Implement Azure Landing Zones and Network Virtual Appliance (NVA) deployments.
• Manage: VNet Peering, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute Connectivity, NSGs and Routing Policies.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of new branch locations.
• Prepare and validate BOM for branch provisioning.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure successful WAN, LAN, Wireless, and Security implementation.
• Use enterprise monitoring tools for proactive incident detection.
• Improve network configuration management and operational efficiency.
• Deploy and support Cisco Wireless and Meraki environments.
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity and performance issues.
• Support Cisco VoIP and Avaya VoIP environments (Good to Have).
• Participate in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Follow ITIL processes and Change Management procedures.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, implementation plans, and network diagrams.
• Provide L3 escalation support for critical incidents.
