New York Global Consultants Inc. (NYGCI) seeks an L3 Business Intelligence Analyst for our Alabang, Muntinlupa team on a hybrid contract basis. The role focuses on BI and data analytics, with strong SQL skills and experience with modern data platforms.

You will work with Databricks, Python, ADF and BI tools like Qlik or SAP BO to develop reports, validate large datasets, and support production BI environments. The position is six months with extension potential.

• We are hiring for Job Title: L3 Business Intelligence Analyst
• Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (3 times a week RTO -Hybrid)
• Mode of Hiring: Contract (6 months Extendable)
• Shift: MID

Job Description:

• Required Skills & Experience
• Business Intelligence & Data Platforms
• Strong experience working in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics environments
• Strong SQL development skills and experience working with SQL-based databases (e.g., SSMS or similar tools)
• Experience working with modern data platforms such as Databricks and python
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar data integration / orchestration tools
• Experience developing and supporting BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Qlik or SAP BusinessObjects
• Experience analyzing, transforming, and validating large datasets for reporting and analytics
• Understanding of data modeling concepts, including dimensional modeling and star schema design

Reporting & BI Tools

• Experience developing reports using SAP BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence / Universe design) or similar enterprise BI tools
• Experience designing or maintaining semantic layers / universes using Information Design Tool (IDT) or similar tools
• Familiarity with Central Management Console (CMC) or equivalent BI platform administration tools
• Experience supporting enterprise BI production environments
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Data Engineering & Integration
• Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
• Understanding of data integration patterns between enterprise systems and analytics platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues, performance problems, and reporting discrepancies

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Experience mentoring engineers or supporting technical initiatives
• Ability to participate in technical discussions, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Experience working in production support environments

Nice to Have

• Knowledge or experience with SAP BW / BW on HANA (BWHANA) data modeling or reporting
