Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least a 4-year course, preferably business-related.
• Background in Loans, Financial Institutions, and Microfinance is an advantage.
• Resident within 30 minutes travel to the store location.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective and efficient execution of KYC procedures prior to loan enrollment.
• Prepare pre-approval bank documents and loan approval memos, and enroll loan accounts.
• Act as Alternate Vault Custodian and manage the vault combination.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Witness ATM cash loading.
• Relieve a regular teller for business continuity.
