Job summary

Paysera is seeking a Due Diligence and Analysis Specialist to support our legal client blocks. You will conduct end-to-end KYC reviews, verify documents, and perform ongoing due diligence for clients across multiple jurisdictions in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Join our international team and contribute to daily KYC operations, client outreach, and dispute resolution while leveraging Claude, Gemini, and other tools to drive efficiency in a hybrid setup based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of proven experience working in KYC, including onboarding, periodic, event-driven and backlog reviews, and performing standard CDD, EDD and ongoing due diligence.
Experience checking legal entities’ documents & KYC questionnaires across multiple jurisdictions.
Familiarity with AI tools and a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

Verify clients' personal documents and KYC questionnaires.
Check legal entities' KYC questionnaires and source documents; provide consultations when needed.
Perform in-depth transactions analysis vs expected profiles.
Outreach to obtain outstanding KYC information.
Manage and respond to client queries on KYC issues.
Ensure continuous KYC/verification across queues (regular/backlogs).
Monitor international sanctions and restrictive measures.
Advise other departments on KYC issues and coordinate with partners on country-specific requirements.
Utilize Claude, Gemini or similar AI tools to boost efficiency.
